Summary
A recipe for the James Bond Casino Royale (aka "Vesper") Martini (adapted from the Lillet website).
Be careful! These taste great but they are very strong drinks!
The classic
Makes 2 drinks
- 3 oz Gordon's Gin
- 1 oz Vodka
- ½ oz Lillet Blanc
- 2-3 Dashes Cinchona Infused Liquor (to taste)
Combine all ingredients
- Use a cocktail shaker and pour all them over ice.
- Shake and strain into cocktail glasses.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.

A twist
This version has some small changes to it, but it is a nicer mix of sweet, tart and bitter. And the Kina Tonic is easier to find on Amazon.
Makes 8 drinks.
- 8 oz gin
- 8 oz vodka
- 8 oz Lillet blanc
- 16 drops (or to taste) of Kina Tonic
- 1 lemon
- 8 olives
- 8 toothpicks
Combine all ingredients
- Use a cocktail shaker and pour all them over ice.
- Shake and strain into cocktail glasses.
- Garnish with an olive and an optional twist of lemon.
