Recipe no.1

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sifted cake flour
- 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 2 additional eggs separated into 2 whites and 2 yolks
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Beat the egg and egg yolks until very light (use electric mixer)
- Stir in the vanilla
- Beat the egg whites separately until stiff
- add the sugar to the egg whites gradually
- fold in the egg yolks (use electric mixer, about 3 minutes)
- fold beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture
- fold in the flour very lightly
- set oven to 375F
- put on baking pan with parchment paper in the shape of "fingers"
- sprinkle with sugar
- bake for 8 - 12 minutes
