Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 300g honey
- 300g sugar
- 300g almonds
- 25g baker's ammonia (ammonium bicarbonate)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- zest of 1 lemon
- 50g cacao or bittersweet dark chocolate
Instructions
- set oven to 180C (350F)
- mix all ingredients
- use parchment paper on a baking pan
- spoon them into a diamond shape on parchment paper
- bake for 8-10 minutes
